Warning: Okay - I love Jesus. But...I can cuss like a sailor and talk dirty like a porn star. Feel free to have a look around and try not to be offended - it's the way God made me and He loves me anyway!
I am a Jesus-lovin', f-bomb droppin' wife, mother of three, and "Mimi" to the most beautiful granddaughter God has ever made! I live in the mountains of northern New Mexico, although I grew up all over the midwest. I love Jesus, my family, travelin', workin' with middle schoolers (I am a substitute teacher), Young Life, skinny iced mochas, facebook, and my jeep.
My mom can be just a little judgemental and I was reminded how she hasn't always been supportive the other day. Got to love our moms, but need to live our lives....

We never really grow up, do we? We're always somebody's kid that needs to be talked to and disciplined. At least once you're out of the house they can't ground you anymore!!!
OK, you said it here. Have you said it to her?
ReplyDeleteBTW, I <3 the disclaimer at the top of your blog:D

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I don't like it when my mom meddles in my business either.

I only wish I was brave enough to send these to my mom.
ReplyDeleteI can relate! Love my mom more than anything, but she tries to get way too involved sometimes. I'm 32 and sometimes she still tries to "parent" me!
ReplyDeleteHaha, awesome. I like these post it note posts.
ReplyDeleteMy mom can be the same way, but we had a long talk and now it is so much better.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day,
Sara

I never needed to say these words to my mother. But I have said a ruder version of these words to my mother-in-law. Does that count?
